SUPER-MAX INVESTMENT PTY LTD is a 100% Black owned, South African company that offers a wide range of services and products to households & industries; such as namely; Cleaning Services, construction and civil works, renovations and maintenance.(CIDB grade 1GB/CE PE) Supply of paper material, stationery, consumables and house hold cleaning chemicals.

The company is owned by two Business Partners, Max Ntabankulu and Noluyolo Rwexwana and has been in full operation. The company is a registered Close corporation. We are customer oriented in nature. SUPER-MAX INVESTMENT PTY is a new company whose primary focus is at the centre of customer’s satisfaction.


Max Singatha Ntabankulu is a Quantity Surveying Technician by profession. He is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful Q.S Technician. Having a proven track record of minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. He possesses excellent foresight & the ability to plan ahead when working on any projects. He can communicate effectively with clients. He holds 11 years’ experience in a Built Environment of which 6 years served in Quantity Surveying and Project Management firm. He holds a National Diploma in Building Engineering Studies from Walter Sisulu University.

His previous professional experience includes Trainee Technician & Works Inspector at Department of Public Works (Chris Hani Region) – in Queenstown, from 2004 to 2005, Quantity Surveyor and General Supervisor at Gwavu Construction – in East London, from 2006 to 2008, Quantity Surveying Technician at DPV Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers (Durban, Kokstad and East London) from 2009 to 2015

Noluyolo Rwexwana is well experienced candidate with a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current). She is ambitious, resourceful, diligent and a passionate Electrical Engineering Technician. She has 5 years of experience in medium voltage electrical design and project management. Her competencies include modifications and developmental of operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment and circuitry in industrial or commercial plants.

Her previous professional experience includes Trainee at Technology Station in Electronics at Tshwane University of Technology, from July 2010 to Dec 2010, Designer Technician at Bokamoco Consulting Engineering Services, from 2011 to 2015. Her duties include reviewing of existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions, and modifications to outdated material. She possesses the ability to analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems. Her duties also include reviews and coordinate modifications to contract specifications and plans throughout the construction process. She further equipped herself with knowledge in ISO standards and Micro station software’s

Responsibilities include overall management of the business, identifying projects, costing and estimating and liaising with the various clients.

The owner members will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company. The company will appoint supervisors, foremen and other relevant individuals as it grows to take charge of all different fields in the business. Appointment will be based on experience, knowledge and competence. Each candidate will receive specialized training according to his or her business unit.



The management team (executive and non-executive members thereof) though all from the PDI background composes of well distinguished and qualified Personnel who founded the Business concept after working and acquiring vast experiences in every avenue of their careers.
