Owned and founded by Niel Hauptfleisch, who began his career in the construction industry with Murray and Roberts in 1988, Niel Builders has been operational since 1997, specializing in the construction of luxury up-market residential homes as well as budget homes.
The personal requirements of our clients are paramount and we strive to deliver a first class completed product, but just as importantly, we provide a comprehensive and reliable after-care service.
As a registered member of the Master Builders Association and NHBRC and being protected by All Risk Comprehensive Construction Insurance, every contract is fully compliant including all Health and Safety requirements.
The company workforce is drawn from the surrounding areas, being Langebaan and the extended West Coast region.
Along with our extensive construction experience, we are committed, passionate and take great pride in the fact that we are one of the very few construction companies that’s been included on the panel of approved builders at various development in Langebaan as well as prestigious developments such as Langebaan Country Estate en Aegan Heights.
