Description
The building dates from 1926 and is part of Piketberg’s heritage route. The building has been used as a bank for years, until I bought it. Security at all units is very good and includes burglar bars, security gates and camera systems. The undercover parking is monitored by the same security system. The local police station is also close to the building. It is a very quiet area where “@ 1926” is located.
